Below are photographs I made with a Shen-Hao 4×5 inch view camera on Fuji Acros 100 black and white film in the Cirque of the Towers. It is a 9 mile hike from the Big Sandy Trailhead into the Cirque and luckily for large format photographers, it is fairly flat. Ascending Jackass Pass is really the only uphill section, and as far as Wind Rivers passes goes, it is fairly mild. I’ll be posting the color photographs of the trip as soon as they are processed.
